I grew up just outside of Richmond, Virginia, but for as long as I can remember my heart has been here on the Outer Banks. Like many families, ours spent summers exploring different stretches of this sandbar—Ocracoke in the 80s, Corolla and Duck in the 90s, Nags Head in the 2000s.
When my wife Sarah and I met, we gravitated south to the quieter, less-developed areas of Hatteras Island, drawn by the solitude and slower pace of life. In 2015, we purchased a second home in Frisco, and by 2018 we made the decision to raise our family here full-time. Today, my favorite roles are husband, father, and coach. Sarah and I were blessed with a son in 2014, and together we enjoy everything this incredible place offers—from fishing and surfing to boating on the Pamlico Sound and rec league sports. The Outer Banks is more than where I work—it’s where we live, play, and build memories.

Professionally, I bring a perspective few agents can match. In addition to being a Realtor® with Keller Williams, I am also a licensed General Contractor with more than 20 years of experience. Over the years, I’ve built everything from small off-grid cabins to multimillion-dollar estates, and completed full remodels and new construction alike. Since 2018, I’ve remodeled countless homes here on Hatteras Island and have seen firsthand how coastal conditions expose weaknesses in construction. This experience allows me to help buyers identify quality (or red flags) before inspection day, and help sellers make the right improvements to maximize their property’s value.
